How to Register
To register and participate with the Hercules Piranhas Swim Team, each swimmer will be required to pay and complete the City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department's Registration Form. An email will be sent to you from Hercules Piranhas to do the final registration on this website. **Please provide the City of Hercules your preferred email for Piranhas communication.

*Prerequisite: swimmers must be able to swim one length of the swimming pool (25 yards) unassisted prior to joining the swim team.

*Practice times are determined by your child’s swimming ability rather than age which is evaluated by our coaching staff. All practice times are subjected to change; any questions or accommodations regarding your swimmer's practice times need to be directed to the coaching staff.
Swim Team Fees
Swimmer registration fees are collected by the City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department. The refundable deposit check is collected at the time of registration and is made payable to the Hercules Piranhas Swim Team.

A $400 post dated check (8/24/2026), made payable to Hercules Piranhas Swim Team, is a refundable deposit that is returned upon completion of each family’s volunteer requirement. *Check will not be cashed unless volunteer requirement is not fullfilled.
In addition to registration collected by the City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department, there will be a $40 HPST Team Fee per swimmer. This fee helps cover important season expenses including each swimmer’s SwimTopia registration, Tri-County Swim League fees, a participation trophy, and a team t-shirt for the swimmer.
